THE PROJECT:

A luxury beach resort located at Otres Beach, Sihanoukville Cambodia. Offering guests a unique open dining experience whilst still providing protection from the elements.

THE SCOPE:

Design and construction of an open-feel dining hall using natural, sustainable and locally sourced materials. Bamboo harvested from the Northern open woodlands of Mondulkiri Province were used for the main supports and roof frame. Dwarf bamboo was used for the grass shingle roof and a flattened bamboo paneling was fixed to the internal roof fascia.
